These terms govern your use of Fireside ("the Service"), operated by Fireside Systems Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 695827322). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. One person or company per account.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use Fireside to generate social media and communications content for your organisation. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
- Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Use content from connected third-party sources (Google Drive, GitHub, GitLab) unless you have the right to access and use that content.
3. Content Ownership
You own the content you upload (transcripts, documents) and the content Fireside generates for you. We do not claim ownership of your content. We may temporarily process your content through third-party AI services (currently Anthropic's Claude API) to provide the Service — see our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Billing & Refunds
Fireside offers a Free tier and a paid Pro plan. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact sean@fromfireside.com.
5. Service Availability
We aim to keep Fireside available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fireside Systems Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
